with the funds of Steve Wynn? Think again, that’s
syndication at the extreme.
Familiar with a character named Donald Trump? Do you think
Donald Trump uses his own cash? No, he sets the vision
and then syndicates the funds.
Steve Wynn and Donald Trump are both real estate
entrepreneurs – just like you can be – with the right
mindset.
Definition:
An entrepreneur is someone who pursues
his or her own vision using other people’s
time, talent and resources.
The keywords are other people.
You are an Entrepreneur - Not an Investor
Here’s the distinction between a real estate
entrepreneur and a real estate investor. Entrepreneurs
bring the deals to the dollars. Investors bring the
dollars to the deal.
As the entrepreneur, you are marketing for 2 things:
deals and dollars. And you match-make the two. It’s
that simple.
But what’s holding most people back is the Fear of the
Zeroes. That’s right – intimidation over the large deals.
You must realize that the extra zeroes are your biggest

The Advantage of Big Ticket over High Volume
Do you know how entrepreneurs quick-start their way to
freedom? I discovered the answer. And now, you can

You see, there are only 2 types of entrepreneurial
ventures. Two. That’s it.

High volume
businesses consist of lots of high volume, low margin
transactions.
Here’s a classic High Volume business – McDonalds. Lots and
lots of hamburgers sold each and every day – with lots and

Want an example of a high volume real estate business?
Consider wholesaling. You can make good income wholesaling
houses (perhaps $5000 per deal, on average), if you do
lots of them.
What The Trainers Don’t Tell You
Want to earn $100,000 per year wholesaling houses? You
can. If you can do 20 house deals per year – almost 2 per
month. That’s finding 2 Sellers, 2 Buyers each and every
month. Ouch.
Not an easy way
to start out – especially if you are doing it on a part-time
basis.
Now, let’s examine the Big Ticket business model. In
this type of business, you do fewer deals with much higher
profits per deal. Want to make $50,000 per deal? Well,
rather than flipping houses, flip apartments.
It’s the same exact processes and mechanics but
instead of finding 20 Sellers and 20 Buyers, you can find 1
Seller and 1 Buyer - in a space where there’s much, much
less competition (for the reasons I am describing).
Find a 50 unit apartment, earn $1000 per door and presto –
you earn $50,000 on a flip. Or more, if you are an
expert at analyzing and negotiating the deal. That’s the
distinction of Big Ticket over High Volume.
Now, which do you think is easier to start on a
part-time basis? You’re right… Big Ticket.
If you like systems and employees, well then consider
this… Why don’t you focus your systems and staff on
wholesaling Big Ticket items?
Now, That’s Wholesaling on Steroids!
High volume means high activity and lots of work – for you –
unless you have employees and systems.
And if you don’t have staff and systems, it will beat
you to pieces – always chasing the next house deal. While
competing with the swarms of single family home buyers in an
already crowded space.
Financial Freedom is About Passive Income
Wholesaling big ticket deals can be lucrative –
involving much less of your time. You can start
part-time. And you don’t need staff to begin.
But wholesaling is active income – income that requires your
active involvement, your active participation. If can be
and is very lucrative but if you don’t work, you don’t get
paid.
Just like a surgeon is highly compensated, he is only
compensated when he or she works. It’s just another form of
active income. Go on vacation – and you earn $0 – if
you can even afford to get away.
Financial
freedom is all about passive income
– income that you receive thru the efforts of other
people’s time, talent and resources.
Now, here’s another definition to reset your mindset.
Definition:
Financial freedom is when your
passive income is more than enough to pay for your
desired lifestyle.
Note that this definition says nothing about how much money
you have in the bank. Financial freedom is not about
your bank account.
So if your desired lifestyle is $6000 per month then you
simply need to create passive income vehicle(s) that yield a
combined $6000 or more per month. And you can do this in
5 years or less – easily.
